APRICOT JAM RECIPE
Ingredients
1 kg apricots, 1 cup water, 3 cups sugar, 1/2 tsp commercial pectin
How to make Apricot Jam
Wash fruit and remove stones. Place water and 1 1/2 cups sugar into saucepan – heat gently and until sugar is dissolved. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. It is important not to stir after sugar has dissolved. Add apricots and pectin and bring ingredients to the boil. Next step – stirring frequently, cook gently and gradually for approximately 20 minutes. Then, add 1 1/2 cups sugar and stir
